Built in Kalomo, Zambia

Software from here, for here

HORIZON Shop Tracker wasn't designed in some office abroad and translated. It's built in Zambia, around load shedding, patchy network, mobile money and the way our counters really run.

The Company Behind It

HORIZON Shop Tracker is a product of Edutrack Computer Training College, a registered ICT training institution and software house in Kalomo, Southern Province. Edutrack teaches computing to students and school leavers, and builds software used by schools and businesses across Zambia.

That combination matters: the people who build HORIZON Shop Tracker also train the people who use systems like it every day. When something is confusing, we hear about it in our own classrooms first.

Support is local, in your time zone, from people who know what a float shortage feels like and what ZESCO does to a business day.

Registered & Compliant

Fully registered and compliant with PACRA, ZRA, NAPSA and ZICTA. A real company you can visit, not just a website.

Where We Are

13 Main Market, Kalomo District, Southern Province, Zambia.

Your Data

Your business records belong to you. Customer phone numbers in the booth ledger are stored masked (like 097***1234), and staff access is role-based with a full audit trail.

Why We Built HORIZON Shop Tracker

The notebook problem

Most Zambian businesses run on exercise books and memory. Money leaks through the gaps, and nobody can prove where.

The imported-software problem

Foreign POS systems assume stable power, fast internet and card payments. Here, that's three wrong assumptions before lunch.

The trust problem

Owners can't be everywhere. Staff deserve to be trusted, and owners deserve proof. A record nobody can rewrite gives both.
